High Specification One Off House Build - SANDY DOWN, HAMPSHIRE

The low-impact design on the site is extended into the use of ground source heat pump, rainwater recycling and high levels of insulation that also make the house low-impact environmentally. The house is timber-framed, cedar-clad and has a sedum roof – a large brick chimney and hearth built in reclaimed bricks from the demolished house anchors this delicate pavilion to the site.

The United Reformed Church in Lymington, Hampshire have commissioned New Forest Timber Solutions to design and construct a timber framed outbuilding to the rear of the main church. The plot has difficult access and is in close proximity to existing buildings.

High Specification Studio Garage - BOLDRE, HAMPSHIRE

This private client had a requirement for a high specification Studio Garage in a traditional style using timber frame. Pile foundations are being used with block face brickwork on the ground floor and timber frame on the first floor, to be clad in western red cedar. In addition, bespoke West African Iroko windows are being installed, an alwitra roof using a single ply membrane.
